Do I need a membership to use Massive chargers?
No. Anyone with a UPI app can pay per-session, no signup required. Memberships are optional — they unlock 15% off, priority queueing, guest passes, and consolidated GST invoicing. Worth it if you charge more than ~4 sessions a month.
Does Massive work on other operators' chargers?
Yes — via OCPI roaming. You can start sessions on partner networks directly from the Massive app and pay in one consolidated UPI transaction. We currently roam on ~11,000 chargers across 6 Indian networks.
What vehicles does the app support?
Every production EV sold in India — Tata, MG, Hyundai, Kia, BYD, Mahindra, Citroën, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and the full 2W/3W ecosystem. If it charges on CCS2, Type 2, or Bharat DC, the app handles it.
Can I install a Massive charger at home?
Yes. Six AC models from ₹26,500 to ₹1.15L. We handle the society NOC, meter inspection, MCB + RCCB install, and cabling. Typical install time: 4 hours, same day. See home chargers →
