Is the CMS OCPP compliant? Can it run third-party chargers?add
Yes. We're OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 compliant and currently manage chargers from 14 different hardware vendors on the live Massive network. If your fleet includes Delta, ABB, Exicom, Okaya, or home-brewed hardware — bring them.
How long does it take to go live with a white-label app?add
10 working days from signed contract to production App Store and Play Store listings, assuming your brand assets, UPI merchant account and Apple/Google developer accounts are ready on day one.
Can I self-host the CMS?add
Yes, for enterprise contracts. The core runs on Kubernetes and ships with Helm charts for AWS, Azure, and on-prem. We've deployed it inside the perimeters of two large Indian utilities already.
What does pricing look like?add
Monthly SaaS fee per active charger, with volume tiers. Separate one-time for white-label app and for OCPI onboarding. Fleet and CPO packages include a fair-use allowance on sessions and API calls. Get exact numbers on a demo call.
Do you handle UPI settlement to my merchant account?add
Yes. Drivers pay via UPI; the CMS issues GST-compliant invoices, computes TDS where applicable, and settles to your NEFT/RTGS-linked merchant account daily at T+1.
Is there an API I can build on?add
REST + WebSocket, OpenAPI 3 spec, webhooks for sessions and payments. Rate limits are generous for operator accounts. Full docs at developers.massivecharging.com (coming with v2 launch).
