What land size do I need?
Standard 2-DC site needs 1,800 sq ft with a clear 12m canopy span. Compact 1-DC site fits in 900 sq ft. Premium 4-DC corridor needs 3,500 sq ft plus utility room.
How does revenue share work?
You keep 86% of kWh revenue. Massive takes 14% as platform fee covering CMS, app demand, support, and settlement. No separate licence fee, no annual minimum.
Who owns the hardware?
You own it, outright. We supply at cost-plus 6% with a 3-year warranty. If you ever exit the franchise, the hardware is yours — or we'll buy it back at depreciated value.
What if utilisation is low?
We commit to a marketing spend floor for the first 90 days. If month-6 utilisation is below 15%, we re-locate one charger to a new site at our cost. This is in writing.
Can I self-install?
Only through our certified install partners — this is the condition for warranty and CMS commissioning. We have partners in 38 cities; if your city isn't covered we'll fly one in.
Is FAME-II subsidy applicable?
Yes for Bharat-spec hardware. Our team files on your behalf — subsidy reaches your account in ~90 days. Not applicable on CCS2-only imported componentry.
What's the electricity tariff I'll pay?
Commercial EV tariff, which varies by discom and ToD slab. Ranges ₹6.8–₹12/kWh. Our team handles the EV-tariff application with your discom as part of commissioning.
Can I sign multiple sites?
Yes. Master franchise agreements from 4 sites onwards, with preferential hardware pricing and priority city allocation. 22 of our operators now run multi-site businesses.
